What do I get?
A ZIP with the complete binder and every module as a separate file, each in US Letter and A4, in color, ink-saver and fillable versions.
How do I fill in the PDF on screen?
Open the Fillable file in a free PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Preview on Mac or most browsers. Click a field, type, and save.
Is my information private?
Yes. Everything you type stays in the PDF on your own device. We never see it, and nothing is uploaded anywhere.
Can I print it more than once?
As often as you like for personal use. Logs and trackers are designed to be printed again and again.
Do I need a special binder?
Any 3-ring binder works. A 1.5in or 2in binder fits a full set comfortably, and spine labels for three sizes are included.
Can I share or resell the files?
Files are for personal use in your own household. Please don't share, resell or redistribute them. See the license for details.
What if a file doesn't open?
Re-download it from your Gumroad library. Every purchase includes lifetime access to the latest version.
Life Admin Binder
Is this the same as a "death binder" or "in case of emergency" binder?
Yes, it covers the same ground and more. Alongside emergency and end-of-life planning, it includes the everyday admin (bills, subscriptions, home maintenance) that keeps the binder useful while you're well.
Should I write account numbers and passwords in it?
No. The pages are designed for locations, institutions and the last four digits only. The digital accounts page uses password hints, and suggests keeping the master password with a password manager.
Is the Final Wishes module a legal document?
No. It records your wishes so your family knows them, but it doesn't replace a will, power of attorney or advance directive. Talk to an attorney to make your wishes binding.
Caregiver Binder
Is this medical advice?
No. It's an organizer that helps you record and share information. Always follow guidance from their doctors, pharmacist and attorney.
Does it work outside the US?
Yes. The binder uses general terms like "insurance & benefits" and "healthcare agent", so it works with Medicare, the NHS, private plans or anything else. A4 files are included.
Can several caregivers use it?
That's what it's for. The care team, "who does what", shift handoff and caregiver schedule pages are built for families and paid caregivers sharing the load.
Is there a version for dementia care?
A dementia and memory care add-on is planned. The main binder already includes a person-centered "This Is Me" profile with routines, triggers and what calms them.
Pet Care Binder
Is it for dogs or cats?
Both. The pages use "pet" throughout and include things like litter and walks, so they fit dogs, cats and most other companions.
I have three pets. Do I need three binders?
No. Print the profile and health pages once per pet, and use the Household Overview to see everyone side by side.
Does it replace my vet's records?
No. It keeps your own copy of the essentials so you can share them quickly. Always follow your vet's guidance.
New Baby Binder
Does it tell me how much medicine to give?
No, on purpose. The medication log records what was given and when, but doses always come from the label or your pediatrician.
Does it work with oz and ml, lb and kg?
Yes. Fields are unit-neutral with oz / ml and lb / kg hints, and there's a units selector on the growth log. A4 files are included.
Is there a milestone checklist?
There's a "firsts" log and a month-by-month memory page. We don't print "expected by age" milestones: your pediatrician tracks development with you.
Can I use it before the baby arrives?
Yes. The hospital bag checklist, care team and support network pages are best filled in during the third trimester.
